Standard UK Delivery
A signature is required upon receipt of your order. Always ensure you have enough space for the item you are purchasing. Deliveries to international locations are not serviced at this time. Delivery prices vary, which is dependent on the product. For the most up-to date delivery price for your purchase, please add the products to your basket and enter your postcode.
Although every effort is made to ensure stock information is up-to date, there are times when the item you ordered will not be in stock. We will contact you if this situation ever arises.
Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of placing your order. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable date for delivery. Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. If you are unable to accept delivery on the agreed date, repeat delivery fees will apply.
Certain UK locations are subject to a surcharge. For the most up-to date information for your location, enter your postcode at checkout. We are unable to deliver to Guernsey, Jersey, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight and The Orkney & Shetland Isles, at this time.
Furniture Haus Direct reserves the right to change the standard delivery cost without prior notice.
2 Man Deliveries
Select this option either if you require help moving your furniture purchase to a particular room in the house, or if your purchase is fragile. Additional fees apply. Always check your basket for the most up-to date price for this service.
2 Day Delivery Option
Select this option if you need your furniture purchase quickly. Your order must be placed before 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday. This option is not available for weekend deliveries.
Please be aware that not all of our items can be shipped using this method. Check the delivery information for the item you wish to buy before purchasing. If the "2 Man Delivery" option is available to you at checkout, it means your items can be shipped within 2 days.
Taking Delivery of a Mattress
A mattresses can only be returned if unopened, due to hygiene reasons. Mattresses which have been opened cannot be returned. If your mattress is open or damaged when delivered, please do not accept delivery.
